Common Troubleshooting on 400 Series Automatic Applicators
By following this guide, you can effectively troubleshoot and resolve common issues with 400 Series Applicator pump and system, ensuring reliable operation and performance.

1. Communication harness is damaged on either the baler or tractor |
1. Replace damaged harness |
Pump will not run. |
1. No voltage to Baler Mounted Processor. |
1. Check for short, low voltage, and replace fuse if necessary. |
Pump runs but will not prime. |
1. Air leak in intake. |
1. Tighten fittings on intake side. |
Pump does not develop enough output. |
1. Air leaks or clogs on inlet side. |
1. Tighten or clean filter bowl assembly. |
Moisture reading errors (high or low) |
