Forage Harvester Applicator Options
We work directly with every OEM to ensure that we have a custom applicator to fit every make and model of forage harvester out there. Pull-Type Forage Harvesters
The 55-gallon system can be used to lubricate the blower band on pull-type forage harvesters when harvesting alfalfa silage. Or it can be used to apply inoculant on any crop. Harvest Tec has developed a blower band lubricator nozzle that places water on the implement's blower housing, reducing horsepower requirements and increasing efficiency in crop flow.
MODEL 655- FOR PULL-TYPE FORAGE HARVESTERS
- 55-gallon (200L) tank straddles implement tongue
- 12-volt fixed rate pump
- Application rate adjusted by changing spray tip (4 supplied)
- Easily installed on implement’s tongue with U-bolt clamping system
- On/off switch for tractor
- Exclusive blower band nozzle kit sprays product from the sides of the blower housing onto the blower band, providing excellent coverage and reduced gumming when harvesting haylage
- Standard nozzle housing also supplied
- Includes filter, check valves, quick-disconnects on lines, wiring and all required hardware
Self-Propelled Forage Harvesters
The 90 to 100-gallon system for self-propelled forage harvesters can be used to keep the knives and blower lubricated with water when harvesting alfalfa silage. Or the system can be used to apply crop preservative or inoculants when harvesting any crop.
MODEL 675 FOR SELF-PROPELLED FORAGE HARVESTERS
SPECIFICATIONS:
- 100-gallon (375L) tank mounts right on the fender
- Compatible with water for blower lubrication, or silage inoculant and all preservatives
- 100 PSI gauge isolator
- Positive displacement plastic diaphragm pump rated at 1.7 GPM (6.4 LPM)
- 4 stainless steel tips for full rate controller
- In-cab electronic rate controller

MODEL 676- FOR DEERE 7000 SERIES FORAGE HARVESTERS
Harvest Tec has worked with John Deere to integrate the system into the 7000 series harvesters. The 676 will turn on and off automatically with the engagement of the intake rolls on the harvester.

- 90-gallon plastic tank
- 12-volt electric pump (regulation by changing tips)
- All required plumbing & electrical components are included
