Most of our automatic systems have at least 60 different electrical connections (internal and external) and it only takes one bad connection to cause system issues.

How Does It Work?
1st- We need to know some background on your system so we can properly service it! The information we will need:

- What type of Harvest Tec system you have
- The Make and Model of baler that you have your Harvest Tec system on
- The serial number on the control box of your system
- What you use as a display to run your Harvest Tec system

Components Required to Send in-
- All Harvest Tec system controls, including display and baler processors
- 300 Series= THS processor and IIC or BLE module
- 400 Series = BMP processor and TSD monitor or BLE tractor module
- 500 Series = PIP processor, PAC pump control and TSD monitor
- 600 Series = DCP processor, PAC pump control and BLE, IIC module or TSD display (if equipped)
- All HT system power and communication wires from both the tractor and baler
- 300 Series= Tractor Battery/Communication Harness (006-3650T) and Baler Battery/Communication Harness (006-3650B1 or 006-3650B2)
- 400 Series = Tractor Battery Harness (006-4640A), Tractor Communication Harness (006-4660N), Baler Battery Harness (006-4660K or 006-4660R), and Baler Communication Harness (006-4660L or 006-4600S)
- 500 Series = Tractor Battery Harness (006-5650A), Tractor Communication Harness (006-5650C), Baler Battery Harness (006-5650B), Baler Communication Harness (006-5650D), and PIP to PAC Wire (006-5650F or 006-5650F2 or 006-5650F3)
- 600 Series = Tractor Battery/Communication Harness (006-6650TM), Baler Battery/Communication Harness (006-6650LS or 006-6650LS2), and DCP to PAC Wire (006-5650FM or 006-5650F2M or 006-5650F3M)

2nd- After you have the necessary information, simply click below and fill out the form with your contact information and a Harvest Tec Service Representative will call to set up the details of your return.
3rd- Once submitted, you will receive an email with a copy of your return form, a check list of all the parts to send back, and detailed instructions on how and where to ship your components to.
That's it! We will get to work as soon as your components come in and will reach out to you with what we find. We will then email you a link with your invoice to be paid via credit card and your items will be shipped back to your doorstep. It's that easy!
