1st- We need to know some background on your system so we can properly service it! The information we will need: 

• • What type of Harvest Tec system you have 
  • The Make and Model of baler that you have your Harvest Tec system on
  • The serial number on the control box of your system
  • What you use as a display to run your Harvest Tec system

 2nd- After you have the necessary information, simply click below and fill out the form with your contact information and a Harvest Tec Service Representative will call to set up the details of your return.

 3rd- Once submitted, you will receive an email with a copy of your RMA form, a check list of all the parts to send back, and detailed instructions on how and where to ship your components to.

That's it! We will get to work as soon as your components come in and will reach out to you with what we find. We will then email you a link with your invoice to be paid via credit card and your items will be shipped back to your doorstep. It's that easy!
