Make better higher quality bales with the right application equipment to fit any operation size.
Electronic
The electronic cab control is a solid-state electronic pump control which is mounted in the cab or on the fender. Application rate is easily adjusted from the operator's seat. Once set, the electronic control will hold the application rate constant.
Electronic Applicator Features:
- A control box that is mounted in the cab that consists of an on/off toggle switch and a rheostat dial
- A single pump and gauge
- Pumping rate is increased or decreased by manually turning a dial on a control box in the cab that changes pump speed, therefore varying the output of preservative
The electronic applicator is compatible with all baler models and sizes.
The tank sizes available for this kit are:
- 25 and 55-gallon applicators for round and small square balers
- 100-gallon applicators for large square baler
700 Series
Using side-to-side moisture reading technology, the automatic applicator reads crop moisture across the width of the bale and then applies the preservative accordingly based on real-time moisture input.
700 Series Applicator Features:
- Displays applicator readings on baler ISOBUS display, a dedicated Virtual Terminal, or a tablet.
- A single bypass pump that supplies constant pressure to a pulsing solenoid(s).
- Moisture Sensors are included (Disc style sensors for Round Balers & Star Wheel Moisture Sensors for Small & Large Square Balers)
- Flow meter with improved reliability to control the rate of application
- Superior sealing Deutch plugs throughout harnesses
- Individual bale details in job records
- Optional Dye-Marker Kit for Large, Small, and Round Balers
- Optional stroke counter for Small Square Balers
- Optional GPS package records bale position to job records
The 700 series applicator is compatible with all baler models and sizes.

Best – 700 series dual star wheels – displays moisture up to 32% thru dedicated ISOBUS display or using operator smart phone or tablet. Upgradeable to fully automatic applicator. Optional Stroke Counter.
Options for Round Balers
Good – H2O precision moisture dual star wheels – displays moisture up to 60% using operator smart phone or tablet.
Best – 700 series dual disc sensor – displays moisture up to 30% thru dedicated ISOBUS display or using operator smart phone or tablet. Upgradeable to fully automatic applicator.
